Our team of 75 international professionals specializes in Research & Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales & Marketing. We foster an open, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture. Our current Sales and Marketing team consists of five dedicated professionals focused on expanding our presence in the Dutch and European markets.

As Manager Sales and Marketing, you will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

 

Your role:

As our Manager Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving Airios’ commercial success. Your key responsibilities include:

 

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy aligned with Airios’ growth ambitions.

  • Contribute to shaping the company’s direction as part of the management team.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

  • Establish clear KPIs and assess team performance regularly to ensure targets are met. 

 

Key Account Management & Business Development

  • Personally manage key OEM accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term client satisfaction.

  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing agreements with major clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities to expand Airios' market share in the residential ventilation and heating sector. 

 

Marketing

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing) to increase the Airios brand visibility and engagement.

  • Optimize all customer touchpoints, including the website, company presentations, and documentation.

 

Market Insights & Innovation

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, initiating market research where needed.

  • Translate market insights into R&D priorities, ensuring product innovation aligns with industry demands.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, revenue reports, and market insights to the management team.

What we're looking for:

We seek an experienced Manager Sales and Marketing with:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

  • A strong affinity for technology and experience in technical sales.

  • At least 5 years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in a similar industry.

  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (German is a plus).

  • Experience in the HVAC sector is an advantage.
